Hello! My name is Ksenia, and I create handmade eye patches for children, adults, dogs, and cats.

My journey began with my daughter, Alice.

When Alice was five years old, she was diagnosed with amblyopia (often called "lazy eye"). Her ophthalmologist prescribed patching therapy and told us she needed to wear an eye patch for five hours every day.

Like many parents, I started searching for eye patches that would be comfortable for her. Unfortunately, the options were disappointing. Most of the patches I found were disposable adhesive patches that were expensive, uncomfortable to remove, and often irritated the skin. I also found a few reusable patches, but they were plain and uninspiring. Asking a young child to wear something uncomfortable and boring for hours every day was not easy.

So I decided to make something better.

I searched for inspiration, gathered fabrics, and sewed my very first eye patch—a pink kitten. Alice absolutely loved it! Instead of resisting her treatment, she became excited to choose which patch she would wear each day.

Before long, I had made an entire collection for her. Seeing how much these patches helped her made me realize that other families might be facing the same challenges. That was the moment I decided to open my shop and create eye patches that could make treatment a little brighter, more comfortable, and a lot more fun.

As my shop grew, new opportunities appeared.

One day, a customer contacted me looking for an eye patch for her father. I happily accepted the challenge and designed a new patch shape specifically for adults. He loved the result, and soon I began creating eye patches for women, men, and teenagers as well.

Later, another customer reached out with a very special request. Her dog had been attacked by a bird of prey and suffered a serious eye injury. She needed a comfortable eye patch to help protect her dog's eye. As an animal lover, I was touched by her story and created a patch just for her pet. The response was wonderful, and it inspired me to begin making eye patches for dogs and cats too.

Today, every eye patch in my shop is handmade with care and attention to detail. I carefully select fabrics, test designs, and continually improve my products to make them as comfortable and practical as possible.
What began as a mother's desire to help her daughter has grown into a small business dedicated to helping people and pets feel more comfortable, confident, and unique.
